Changing of the Seasons

I’m moving.

Due to some stances Substack leadership has taken regarding platforming far-right, harmful ideologies, I have decided that my words need to live elsewhere.

So, I am in the process of moving to aaronjsmith.net.

If you are already a subscriber to the Book of Common Words, you should keep getting my words in your inbox. I know that some of you may not enjoy emails, and if that is the case I understand you unsubscribing. I hate to see you go, but you gotta take care of your inbox.

For the rest of you, the transition should be seamless. It might look different, but you will get the same kind of writing you’ve come to know from my keyboard.

Whatever you decide to do, I hope that you will take a stand for your beliefs in whatever ways you can. I hope my writing can help you think about that in some new ways. And, above all, I hope you know you are loved beyond measure.
